A lot of these interview introductions start with me saying I met this person a few years ago through that mutual friend etc etc — while it’s a redundant story it’s always the truth of how it happened. Nashville is a big little town with lots of great people in it and today’s guest is one of them. McKenna Brown, also known as Silvie, is an artist, songwriter, rock collector, and a good friend. Her songs are deeply honest in a way I always find admiring. She doesn’t skirt away from the truth of how she’s feeling, what she’s thinking, and how it feels to be a human. Here are her sixteen answers.
